Documenting A Love Affair with Produce...
Over the past few years I have fallen in love with locally produced foods. Under appreciated and overlooked, produce has become something all too often passively consumed. One day, as I was shelling the peas I had picked at Luna Circle Farm, I stopped and really paid attention to what I was doing. Our food can be so incredibly beautiful.... Sometimes it should be documented.
